DAKO（丹科）CD4抗體（Mouse anti-human CD4）
CD4是一種在正常胸腺細胞、T輔助細胞、大多數成熟外周T細胞以及抑制性或細胞毒性T細胞亞類(lèi)中表達的跨膜糖蛋白。未在未成熟的胸腺細胞中發(fā)現CD4。該抗體有助于鑒別間變性大細胞淋巴瘤、非特定外周T細胞淋巴瘤和肉芽腫病
Peripheral T-cell lymphoma. The majority of the neoplastic cells show a strong distinct membranous staining reaction.
Clinical application for IR649/IS649. For identification of thymocytes, T-helper cells and classification of related tumors such as peripheral T-cell lymphoma (unspecified), anaplastic large cell lymphoma and mycosis fungoides.
